Hi,

My ens18 lists only my inteal ip not the exteal ip on which i have the licens

So i went thro this tutorial https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=418 everthing go's fine until i hit point 4 wich states "/etc/init.d/startips start" then i get error : no such file or directory

I have bin googling for almost 2 days to get this sorted, tryed al sorts of settings in nmtui, reinstalled centos 7 4 times each time with difrent ip settings but cant get this sorted out.

So my problem is that :
i have a server which i backup to an exteal ftp server.
the problem is that i use the "Append to Path" but it never really goes to the PATH specified,instead it changes the NAME of the files to
Sunday.user.user.tar.gz
instead of going to the PATH of /home/backup/Nameoftheday/user.reseller.tar.gz
it just create the backup at /home/backup/Nameoftheday.user.reseller.tar.gz

any help will be appreciated

I am new in directadmin,when I send a request to a php page with "Authorizaion" header it seems it don't Authorizaion but when I try to send another things in header it works well.
Is there any limitation for Authorization in Directadmin ?

When a specific user tries to use 'Site Redirection' from the da menu he gets the following error:

An error has occurred

Unable to get Lock on /home/$USER/domains/$DOMAIN/public_html/.htaccess

He's the only user with this problem on the server, the .htaccess file exists and is owned by this user. When the file does not exist the same error occurs. We've checked and double checked all ownerships and permissions.

after run following command directadmin stopped and not run :

So let's say this is my situation:
2 users (userA and userB) in DirectAdmin.
userA uses exteal mail in form of hosted Exchange (hosted elsewhere)
userB uses mail in DirectAdmin.

Question:
How does option under MX Records ‘Use this server to handle my emails. If not, change the MX record and uncheck this option’ work exactly?

userA has this option tued off, because he uses Exchange. userB has the option tued ON. When you set a forwarder for [email protected] to [email protected], does it then get delivered to Exchange?
